1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and operational purposes. We also store a small value in your browser’s local storage to keep your experience consistent (for example, to remember which version of a headline you were shown). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request.
• To notify you about Card Show Club’s launch and updates if you joined the waitlist.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site, under obligations to protect it:

• Resend — delivers our contact and waitlist emails.
• Vercel — hosts the Site.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data retention

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, to respond to your message or to contact you about launch — and then delete it. We do not currently maintain a separate marketing database; waitlist and contact submissions are delivered to our inbox.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you’ve provided by contacting us (see below). If you joined the waitlist and no longer wish to hear from us, let us know and we’ll remove you.

6. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here, with an updated “Last updated” date.
